About Charles W. Ulrick, Jr
Charles Ulrick is a past instructor of the USCG auxiliary flotilla 02- teaching the boating skills and seamanship course, also past commodore of The Haven Yacht Club and still a active member.
He has owned and operated several types of boats including high performance jet boats, offshore performance boats, express cruisers, sport fishermen, and sail boats.
He has attended the Chapman School of Seamanship survey course and insurance claims course, graduating top of the class. He has Taken and passed ABYC accreditation test and has taken the Maritime Bureau cargo course. He has attended several seminars on marine diesels and transmissions.
Charles is listed on the Boat US surveyor referral list and captain locator. He is a licensed USCG captain with 100 ton and towing endorsements.
He is a full time surveyor, all surveys are followed up with a detailed report using Force 5 software, including digital photos.
He participates in continuing education in all aspects of marine surveying exceeding over 60 Continuing Education credits over 5 years.
He is recommend by boat owners, local yacht clubs, local and national insurance and financial companies.
